It was a short trip, but long enough for us to fall in love with everything about Rio. Little moments captivated and drew me to this city: looking over the edge and seeing the jaw-dropping views at the top of Corcovado; walking through a rainforest in the heart of the city; spending the evening dancing in Lapa; sitting quietly on the beach watching the sun set behind the mountains. Even though there were so many mishaps, it does not deter us from wanting to come back. Especially since there were so many things left to do and see.
